Neil has worked at the top level as a coach, trainer and scout as well as having worked for the national teams of Australia, Scotland, and Costa Rica. Neil has also worked in a scouting capacity for Aston Villa, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Portsmouth and for Paulo Wauchope’s, Costa Rica in a successful 2014 Copa Centro America. He is currently Elite Performance Scout with the Scotland FA as well as being Lead Talent ID tutor for the FA education team in the Talent ID Pathway. Having managed many top-level players & brokered numerous multi-million pound transfers, he brings with him a network of contacts and knowledge that spans many countries & generations.
